How can I return a ticket to a concert or other event?
If you want to return the ticket for any reason, you need to contact our support service firstname.lastname@example.org. After that we will send a request to the organizers of the event, and we will also specify whether the ticket can be refunded according to the established rules of the event.
If the organizer confirms the full or partial refund of the ticket, the money will be returned in the same way as the ticket was paid. In this case, the commission of a bank or other payment system will not be returned.
If the event organizer refuses to return the cost of the paid ticket, our Customer Support will inform you about it.
If the event was canceled by the organizer, what should be done?
If for any reason a concert or other cultural event is canceled, then the organizer of this event is obliged to fully return the paid ticket amount (commission to the bank or other payment system is not refundable).
In case of cancellation of the event by the organizer, you need to contact the support service email@example.com and leave your application for a refund within 10 calendar days from the date of the canceled event.
Note! Online Tickets should not inform users about the cancellation of an event by the organizer.
How do I correctly use the ticket?
After you paid the ticket price, an e-ticket (voucher) for this event will be sent to your e-mail. Also, you can view your e-ticket by logging into the Online Tickets site in the "My Ticket" section.
To pass control at the entrance to the event, you need to print out an electronic ticket (voucher) and present it.
