Air: Booking and payment

To book or buy a ticket on a domestic or international flight, use the form at the top of the page, under “air”.

1. Specify the desired options of flights

Select the city of departure and arrival in the Russian language, click on the desired departure date in the calendar. You can easily search for tickets in two ways: only one way or return flight, so if you need a return ticket, enter in the appropriate field desired return date at the departure city.

If required, select the number of passengers that you are going to travel, and the number of children who will fly with you. The default system is looking for tickets in all classes of aircraft, so if you want to view options of flights, only economy or only in business class, select the appropriate option.

After you click “find” the system will display all available options of flights corresponding to its specified parameters. If you choose a flight “back”, the service will show exactly the available combinations of flights with detailed information for each of the pairs.

Please note: if you selected date, the system does not find the flights, try to change the day of departure. Change the date of departure often helps to find cheaper options.

2. Complete the passenger information

In the appropriate fields enter Latin letters the name and surname of passengers for which you booked the tickets, enter the date of birth, nationality, numbers of foreign or internal passport (depending on flight), as well as the validity of the identity document. Dates are specified in the format 15/08/1988 (with zeros, if necessary).

Definitely enter your contact details so that our managers could contact you if necessary or if you have any questions regarding tickets.

If this is your first booking on the website, save a unique password for your personal account, which the system will generate for you.

Click “book”, to create a reservation for the tickets to the specified data.

Be sure to consider in the design of the tickets that the term of the reservation — 12 hours and pay need to this time expires, otherwise your booking will be automatically cancelled.

Payment of booked tickets online is available in three ways:

Choose your preferred payment services and click “Continue”, follow the prompts on the page of the selected payment option.

Please note that some payment methods may provide for a fee.

After payment the booked tickets to specified e-mail will be sent with the order confirmation. Print the ordered electronic airline tickets from your personal account on the website Online Tikets and present during the landing.
