Christmas lights of Paris

21 Nov 2013 the Christmas lights on the streets of Paris will be fully connected, so after a few days, the French capital will Shine with millions of lights.

This year “City of light”, known for its amazing holiday decorations, is going to please its residents and visitors a fascinating new light. Network Christmas decorations will cover 125 main streets, avenues and squares and the Champs elysées will be illuminated completely-from Concorde to the Etoile.

Since the length of the Central streets of Paris is two kilometers, so the decoration of a Christmas garlands needed annually over one million lights-for lighting of 300 trees along the Champs-elysées.

Decorated with Christmas illuminations this year will also be the place de La Contrescarpe, Rue Mouffetard, Boulevard RASPAIL, Rue LePic, Rue Oberkampf, and the Department store Gallerie Lafayette.
