Italy: truffles at the exhibition Marzuolo

The exhibition-fair of truffles in Italy will take place at the end of the first spring month 2015: Mostra Mercato Del Tartufo Marzuolo will be held from 28 to 29 March.

The truffle fair Marzuolo this year will be a 16-th — over the past years it has become one of the most popular gourmet events for foodies.

Traditionally Marzuolo opens a season dedicated to regional cuisine events — “taste of Spring" in Tuscany.

Location: the Praetorian Palace, Piazza De Priori in Volterra.
