The resort police in Issyk-Kul

With the beginning of the season a summer holiday resort area of lake Issyk-Kul will be under additional protection — in the region will be built a resort by the police.

As reported in the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, police in the resort of Issyk-Kul region will be formed of the soldiers of the regiment of special purpose of Bishkek. It is planned that the military will conduct regular patrols of the territories of the resort villages of the region, sanatoriums, boarding houses and holiday houses. All the patrol routes will cover a mass of tourists and the surrounding area.

To place a special police unit of government plans to site modular cottage. Work on its construction is already underway.

Upgrading of the coastal area of Issyk-Kul provides for the creation of a multifunctional tourism information centers in which visitors can get free information about availability in hotels in the region, advice and assistance. Here will be on duty medics and police officers. All in the near future is planned the opening of four points such visitor, and in the future their number will increase to at least one information centre in every resort town's coast.

In addition, in the framework of the project Safe will install new cameras, including on the territory of private boarding houses and rest houses — now they have only about 30% of the popular places of rest on lake Issyk-Kul.
