Lionsgate Movie World

In South Korea, announce the creation of an interesting amusement park, dedicated to popular films — Lionsgate Movie World.

Entertainment Park «World of Cinema Laensegate» in Korea will consist of seven thematic zones, each of which will be devoted to one of the famous films produced by Lionsgate. Full-scale immersions in the plot of favorite films will be organized for the visitors, 4D-reproduced streets and cities, attractions, events, restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops in each zone of the amusement park will be waiting for the visitors of the park. Everyone can take part in key scenes and visit any locations shown in films.

Organizers have announced four films that will be dedicated to separate locations, they will be «Hunger Games», «Twilight», «Illusion of deception» and «Robin Hood», and the names of the three remaining films that serve to create locations, are still kept secret.

It is assumed that one of the thematic zones of the new entertainment park will be devoted to the series of films «Saw» — it is quite possible that this movie will really be used to create the horror zone of the park.

Lionsgate Movie World will become the largest amusement park of Lionsgate in the world and the first international theme park in South Korea. The construction of the park will be started in 2018, and the opening is tentatively scheduled for 2019.
