In Helsinki the winter Lapland town will be opened

Every winter since 2009 in Helsinki offers snow of the Lapland town, where on an area of 14 square kilometers located a variety of winter activities.

Here you will find trails for Snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and dog sledding, the hill for sleds, ice Igloo and an ice restaurant for 100 people.

This town will be a great place to relax with the whole family, because there is always a mild and windless winter weather, and the temperature does not fall below $ -3°C.

The opening of this winter season in the town of Helsinki is scheduled for 6 December 2013. The center will be open daily from 8:00 to 22:00 except 24 and 25 December. In the period from 30 December to 7 January the hotel Lapland town will be available only to “Christmas” value from 48 to 52 euros, which includes meeting with fairy tale characters and various winter activities, including dog sledding.
