The 2013-14 season in Courchevel opened ahead of schedule

Due to the cold weather and strong snowfall the popular French resort of Courchevel and opened the season two weeks earlier than planned.
Today tourists are waiting for a moderately frosty weather.
The thickness of the snow cover is now 45-105 cm, and the temperature is in the range of -1°C — -6°C.
First guests in 2013 Courchevel took last weekend.
The ski area of Courchevel is located in the valley of Saint-Bon in the Western part of the region Trois Vallee, and combines several nearby resorts and stations a network of lifts and runs.
2013-2014 one-day ski pass for skiing in the entire region Trois Vallee in the period up to 20 December 2013 and from 19 to 25 April 2014 will cost € 45, and on other days € 57. Are family and group discounts.
A novelty of the 2013-2014 season in Courchevel will be a discount for two – if you plan to ride one of the routes for at least 6 days, one ski pass is enough for two skiers (before such discounts were offered only in case of simultaneous three skiers skiing).
