November: month of the wine in Cyprus

November in Cyprus in 2014 will delight tourists with many interesting themed events – the island celebrates the traditional wine month.

A lot of interesting and very bright wine festivals, themed events, tours, concerts and a variety of holiday programs promise to turn November into a real wine month!

The month of wine in Cyprus will start on 11 November 2014 and will last until the beginning of December. Dedicated to the winemaking program will be almost daily so if you are planning a holiday in Cyprus this month to visit you can at least a few interesting events.

November 11:

Tourists who this day on the island will be able to attend the wonderful exhibition wine theme, which will be held from 11 to 28 November.

November 12:

Wine tour of Nicosia. Beginning at 10:00. The program of the tour includes a visit to the winery Aes Ambelis in Kalo Chorio, Dafermou in Lefkara and lunch in Greek tavern for the excursion participants (included in the price). Departure from the center of folk crafts.

20 November:

Day Commandaria in Cyprus.

Excursions from Nicosia, Paphos, Larnaca (9:00, 09:30, 10:00). Visits to two wineries and lunch in the tavern with national cuisine in each program.

In Limassol from 10:00 to 13:00 (center Evagoras Lanitis) will also host a great children's festival with contests, drawing, open lessons and outdoor games. Languages of the conference: Greek and English.
