The new Museum in the Rostov region

In the framework of the project of the all-Russian network of parks «Russia – my story» in the Rostov region will create a new Museum under the open sky.

Donskoy historical Park will be located near the stadium «Rostov-arena» on the left Bank of the don river. It is reported that its area will be about 5,500 square meters, which will allow you to remain on its territory up to 5 thousand people.

As commented in a press-service of the Governor of the region plans to open a new Museum, historic Park should acquaint their guests with the history of Russia that clearly illustrate the main stages of formation of the state, allowing visitors to touch the history of our country. In addition to exhibitions and excursions in the open air Museum can be visited mediacafe, cinemas and bookstores, also here will be regularly held seminars, workshops and tours for children.

Historical Museum under the open sky in the Rostov region will become the third in the Russian Federation — now these Museum complexes already operate in Moscow and in the Crimean Peninsula.
