Fashion week in Dubai

1 October 2014 Dubai, colourful event – the first time it will host its own fashion Week-Fashion Week Middle East Dubai.

The venue for this fashion event will be the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai international financial centre.

Fashion show in Dubai will last six days, and during this time guests of the event will be a collection of clothes for spring/summer 2015 from well-known couturiers, and from Emirati designers-debutants. The first will present their fashions, accessories and jewelry 1 to 4, and the second – from 4 to 6 October (during the exhibition Fashion Forward).

Thanks to this dual display not only will showcase the fashion trends from different fashion Houses and “released” the young Arab fashion designer. Such a move will make the event interesting for both the European and Arab fashionistas, because in Islamic countries, which include the UAE, due to religious and cultural characteristics of the European clothing collections are often unacceptable and, accordingly, no demand.

It is expected that in the future the fashion Week in Dubai will become an annual event: in October there will be held the show of fashion collections of spring-summer season, and in March – autumn and winter.

Today Dubai is one of the largest and most promising cities in the global shopping industry and the latest trends and the pace of development suggests that in the near future, Dubai can become a leader in this field. Therefore, the government of the Emirate's decision to conduct its own Fashion Week Middle East is a promising and well founded decision.

Recent years in Dubai are the winter and summer shopping festivals during which shoppers will be given the opportunity to purchase a variety of products with great discounts. Also during these festivals are held among buyers of lottery with valuable prizes, which further attracts the interest of visitors to these events.
