Moscow will be more convenient for tourists

In the course of program implementation “My street” in the Central part of Moscow the planned reorganization of public transport. Now around the Moscow Kremlin by public transport will be bilateral.

This innovation, convinced the city authorities will make  tourists in the capital and the process of their exploring the city more comfortable.

As reported by Maxim Liksutov, Deputy mayor for transport issues, and the dedicated lane will be organized in the area from Big Glades to Lubyanka square, also will be connected by several crossing the Garden ring route. In particular, Bolshaya Nikitskaya will be directly related to barricade, and Malaya Dmitrovka — with Dolgorukovskaya.

By the end of 2016 in Moscow will create about 7 kilometers of dedicated lanes, intended for movement of public transport, which will increase to 25% of all routes in the heart of the capital, and 35% will increase their throughput. But, most importantly, as noted by the municipal authorities, is that the travel time for residents and guests of the city will be reduced significantly, as passengers will not have to change to other modes of transport.

In addition, as noted in the city hall, with the exception of the Garden ring around the center of the capital will be removed from the trolley — they will be replaced with comfortable modern passenger buses of Euro-4 and Euro-5.
