Austria: the Schlossberg is opened for tours

The Austrian city of Graz offers the tourists to visit this summer tours Schlossberg castle, built in the XII century and became the backbone of the city.

The duration of the tour at the Schlossberg – about one and a half hours. During this time, visitors will be able to explore the main attractions of this architectural ensemble, which is one of the most outstanding monuments of Austria.

Tourists can visit the beautiful castle Park, will see a fully-preserved bastions and the tower, and also victims during the Napoleonic battles castle buildings. In addition, participants will be able to see the famous Clock tower with an unusual, “confused” by arrows: measures hours long, and short – minutes.

Fans of military history will also appreciate the military Museum of the Schlossberg, which houses many exhibits of the XVI century.

Tour of the castle Schlossberg are held every week on Saturdays.

Time of departure: 17:00.

The price of the tour: 12€. In the price at the Schlossberg include a visit to castle hill and back to the cable car.
