How to pay?

Please note: for some train trips Ukrzaliznytsia provides not electronic tickets which you can immediately show at the landing, but a form of booking confirmation — you need to exchange this document firstly for a normal boarding pass. The exchange is carried out without a ticket queue at the checkout station, passengers only need to present a printout of the form or provide ID (order number of 16 characters).

Return policy

Through the Internet, passengers can buy train tickets of Ukrzaliznytsia until the departure of the train, but it is possible to return e-tickets no later than 60 minutes before train departure.

In order to return tickets, passengers need to contact with e-ticket or printout of the form of order confirmation to the cashier of train station and complete an application form for a refund. Money will be transferred to the bank card of the passenger within 10-15 bank days.

The amount to be received by passengers, handing over a ticket, depends on the remaining time before the departure of train. To get money back in full for travel documents (except for service fee), the passenger needs to apply for refund at least one day prior to the train departure. If it is less than an hour before the departure of the train, no refund is available.
