Air Express has reached the stage of preparatory works

According to the publication Forbes-Ukraine citing the official website of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, South-Western railway (South Western railway) has started the preparatory construction works for the national project Air Express.

Stage of construction works will last until the end of November 2013.

The agreement between Project Air Express and South Western railway regarding the implementation of the national project Air Express was signed on 16 August 2013. Official information on the conclusion of this Treaty was published in journal of public procurement 26 August 2013.

As previously reported, the construction works for the preparatory period of the project Air Express will complete one of the enterprises of Railways - «South-Western Railways». The cost of the work – 33 million.

Reference: State Agency for investment and national projects allocated a budget of $52 million for the first phase of a national project called Air Express. The project will be implemented by the State engineering Corporation of China (CMEC).
