The Ramada Jumeirah Hotel will be demolished

The

One of the most famous and loved by tourists from around the world attractions in the UAE Ramada Jumeirah Hotel 4* in Dubai will be demolished this fall. 31 August 2015 will be the last day of the existence of the hotel's 33-year history.

As reported by the owners of the hotel chain, which owns the Ramada Jumeirah, a difficult decision had to be adopted due to the fact that the existing building because of the architectural features cannot rebuild or expand. The place vacated after the destruction of the Ramada hotel, will be built a large five-star hotel, luxury apartments for private owners and a large shopping center.

Moreover, as yet do not know the fate of stained glass from the hotel — a unique creation of British designers having a width of 9 and height of 41 meters, listed in the Guinness book of records as the largest stained glass window in the world, as reported by the owners, will not be used in the construction of a new hotel complex, so it is likely that in the future it will be sold or installed in another hotel.
