The Villa Bulgari will open a hotel

The

Italian Villa of the famous Bulgari family – Godilonda Villa situated in Castiglioncello, has been sold and will soon become a luxury hotel.

This architectural complex of the 19th century, previously served as the summer residence of the Bulgari, in the near future will be initiated restoration work, which will make the famous mansion into a luxury hotel complex.

With 80-ies of the estate has already been used as a hotel, but after 2007, the year Bulgari hotel complex was closed to guests. Villa Godilonda, which is considered one of the most beautiful Tuscan estates, located on the edge of picturesque cliff, so the guests of the renewed hotel Italy can enjoy a wonderful panoramic sea views.

The total area of the Villa Bulgari is about 1000 square meters, and around this elegant architectural complex you will find a huge Park with an area of about 9000 square meters. The estate also owns a secluded private beach with white sand.

In the mansion now has 26 spacious separate chambers that can be used as rooms, a modern SPA center, Turkish bath and a winter garden.

Godilonda Villa in Lucca was bought by a businessman from Eastern Europe. The amount of the transaction, as reported, amounted to €6 million.
