This weekend in Tuscany will host the traditional annual festival of Chianti.

From 18 to 21 September 2014, Panzano in Chianti, a suburb of the Italian commune of Greve in Chianti, will be the venue for the big festival Vino al Vino.

During these four days the guests of the festival Chianti will find a lot of interesting activities: jazz concerts, exhibitions, workshops, sales and, of course, tasting different varieties of wines and traditional local dishes.

At the festival Vino al Vino you can taste wines made from the Sangiovese grapes of different exposure period. There are noble wines created from berries only wine of this variety and of a variety of mixtures and blends, in interpretations of IGT and Chianti Classico. Any wine can be purchased at the festival the representatives of the wine houses and specialist shops.

The Vino al Vino festival, an annual gathering of Italian winemakers of the most prestigious houses-producers: Castello dei Rampolla, Casaloste, Candialle, Fattoria La Quercia, Cennatoio, Fattoria Rignana. Also, every year in third weekend of September in Panzano in Chianti is a meeting the best winemakers Association Unione Viticoltori di Panzano in Chianti.

This organization owns more than 500 hectares of vineyards growing on the lands with unique microclimate – these lands are considered among growers is precious, because only here the grapes takes on special nuances of taste and flavor needed to create some varieties of fine wines.

Wines that it produces, very high quality. In growing and processing grapes is not used synthetic chemicals – at the local vineyards allowed the use of only natural methods of cultivation according to the criteria of organic viticulture.
