Trains to airport Fiumicino
December 21, 2014 passengers of Fiumicino international airport (Leonardo da Vinci) will be able to use the trains of new railway lines.
Sunday, international airport Fiumicino will be included in the network of high-speed Railways Italy that will allow this week to create a direct non-stop rail connections to Rome, Florence, Bologna, Padua with airport terminals.
The first flight train Frecciargento (Silver arrow), which will fall on 21 December for the route Fiumicino-Venice-Fiumicino, will run twice a day. Total journey time-4 hours, 11 minutes.
Further, the number and length of routes will increase. This innovation will allow passengers direct access to almost all the cities of Italy.
