UIA allows you to select seats on the plane

Airline UIA (Ukraine International Airlines) announced that from April 2015, passengers can choose the seat on the plane.

For the choice of seats in the cabin passengers UIA now do not pay anything, and, as reported in the management of the airline, in the future the service pre-select locations will remain free, unlike most Western carriers, which charge a fee for it.

Free to choose where passengers most airlines can only during online registration, and low-cost airlines typically prefer to exclusively automatic Seating of passengers. Replacement seats on such flights are paid, and the cost depends on the location of it in the cabin of an aircraft.
