Changes of Ukrainian trains in December 2014

Existing information changes to Ukrainian trains in December will concern mainly the destination plus flight, because during the Christmas holidays and the winter holidays the demand for train tickets is high.

Also possible the adjustment of existing routes, the following Eastern territories of Ukraine, in connection with the fighting in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

New high-speed train Kyiv-Kryvyi Rih-Kyiv (№ 740 / 739)

New high-speed train intercity+ № 739 / 740 on the route Kiev-Krivoy Rog-Kiev, will be released on the route from 12 December 2014.

According to Ukrzaliznytsya, the way from Kiev to Krivoy Rog train will be overcome in just 5 hours.

To run this flight will be through the day on even numbers from Kiev on odd — from Krivoi Rog.

Please note that the route of the train № 739 and # 740 does not involve stops!

Cancel train No. 591 / 592 Odessa-Krasny Lyman-Odessa

Ukrzaliznytsia reports that from 14 — 15 December 2014 will be canceled train No. 592 / 591 message Krasny Liman-Odessa-Krasny Lyman — such a decision the administration of Ukrainian Railways was forced to take due to the significant decrease in demand for this route. The estuary of the red train will stop running from December 14, from Odessa — with 15.

Instead of the cancelled flight, this route would carry the train Odessa —. — Odessa (No. 92/91). The train will run through the day on even numbers from Odessa, on odd — from Konstantinovka.

New routes trains because of the explosion of the bridge in Mariupol

In connection with the undermining of the railway bridge on the stretch Sartana-Mariupol, which occurred on the night of 22 to 23 December 2014, some of the train routes are forced to change.

In particular, restricted movement passenger train Mariupol-Kiev-Mariupol (No. 584)  Mariupol-Lviv-Lviv (№70). Temporarily the routes of these trains will be limited to the station Sartana.

After repairing damage to the railway bridge over the river kalchik, the routes of the trains of the Donetsk railway to Mariupol through this site will be fully restored.

Additional train Kharkiv - Uzhgorod - Kharkiv (No. 225 / 226)

Also on Christmas and new year holidays, Ukrzaliznytsia appoints additional flights year-round the train Kharkiv - Uzhgorod - Kharkiv (№ 226 / 225).

Train No. 225, on the route Uzhgorod - Kharkiv will travel to additional flights in 2014 26, 28 and 30 December, 2015 - 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and January 12.

In the opposite direction, from Kharkiv to Uzhgorod, train No. 226 will depart in 2014 24, 26, 28, 30 and 31 December, and in 2015 - 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 January.

Additional train No. 501 / 502 Dnipropetrovs'k - Lviv - Dnipropetrovs'k

Additional train No. 501 / 502 following the route Dnipropetrovs'k - Lviv - Dnipropetrovs'k, will perform the flights 26, 28 and 30 December 2014 and 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 January 2015 from Dnepropetrovsk. The departure time of train No. 501 from Dnepropetrovsk - 11:20, arrival time - 5:19.

In the opposite direction, from the city, it will depart on 27, 29 and 31 December and 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11 January. The departure time of train No. 502 - 10:56, arrival time - 06:50.

Additional train No. 564 / 565 Krivoy Rog - Odessa - Kryvyi Rih

Additional train Kryvyi Rih - Odessa - Kryvyi Rih (No. 564 / 565) from Krivoy Rog to go on route 26, 28 and 30 December 2014 and 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 January 2015. The departure time of the train from the station Krivoy Rog - 19:13. Arrival time to Odessa - 5:59.

From Odessa to Krivoy Rog train will return at 22:06 on 27, 29 and 31 December and 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11 January. Arrival time - 8:21.

5 new year's extra trains:

Ukrzaliznytsia announces the opening of ticket sales for 5 additional trains, which will be released on the route in the eve of new year holidays in 2014 — 2015.

Additional train No. 795 / 796 Kiev — winery

During new year and Christmas holidays is assigned an additional train Kyiv-Vinnytsia-Kyiv (№ 795 / 796). The flights will be performed on 31 December 2014, and 7 and 11 January 2015.

The time of train departure from Kiev at 08:14 (arrival to the winery at 11:18). From Vinnitsa train will arrive back at 11:50 and arrive in Kyiv at 14:22.

Additional flights to Kremenchug and Poltava

To the new year and Christmas holidays, Ukrzaliznytsia increases number of flights trains from Uzhgorod to Odessa, and dvuhromovo composition, running through Poltava on the route Kiev-Kremenchug.

Schedule change of train No. 225 / 226 Kharkiv-Uzhgorod-Kharkiv

Timetable train Kharkiv-Uzhgorod-Kharkiv (No. 225 / 226) will be changed in 2015.

Starting from 16 January 2015 rail flight plying on the route Kiev-Uzhgorod will run on even dates, not odd as in the past. Departure time from Kharkov — 23:07, arrival time in Uzhgorod — 03:55 the next day. Thus, the total travel time of the train will be 28 hours and 48 minutes.

Back train from Uzhgorod to Kharkov is going to go is even for odd numbers, starting from 19 January 2015. The departure time of part of the station Uzhgorod — 11:17, arrival time in Kharkov — 14:30 through the day. Total journey time-27 hours 13 minutes.
