Electronic railway tickets became more

Buy e-tickets in Ukraine can now be on an even greater number of trains, Railways – 26 December 2013, the number of routes on which there is a system of electronic ticketing has increased to 66.

All trains on which passengers can book e-ticket, year-round, domestic messages. Almost all of these flights speed.

Now each passenger Railways can book and buy ticket on any of these routes, and to take advantage of such travel documents. For boarding the train the passenger is only required to carry a photo ID and is printed on a sheet of A4 travel document. Contact before the trip to the ticket office to receive a General admission ticket is not required – except when the ticket was purchased over the Internet in less than an hour until the train departure from the starting station of the route.

By the way, unlike the system of the Russian Railways, Ukrainian Railways, passengers can print their electronic tickets from the official website of Russian Railways, but also from the letter that comes to e-mail of the passenger after the purchase of the travel document.

In 2014, Ukrzaliznytsia plans to implement the electronic ticketing system for all routes travelling within the Ukraine. The company also is negotiating with the Railways of Belarus, Moldova and Russia about the possibility of introducing e-tickets on international trains.
