The movement of trains in the Crimea stopped
26 December 2014, today officially announced the suspension of rail traffic between mainland Ukraine and the Crimea.
Passenger trains on the Peninsula will not have to go from 27 December this year — railway routes, previously EN route from Ukraine in Simferopol and Sevastopol, will now be accessible only to Kherson and Novoalekseevka.
Also from this date will no longer operate trains in Ukraine from Crimea.
The cancellation of trains to the Crimea will affect all current flights: from Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk, Krivoy Rog, Lviv, Kovel, Kremenchuk, Poltava, Kharkiv, Odessa and Khmelnitsky.

Cancel international trains to the Crimea:

Ukrzaliznytsia reported that the cessation of trains in the Crimea from Ukraine is a necessary measure taken to ensure the safety of passengers and railway workers. Passengers who have bought tickets for cancelled trains and train routes, and routes are dropped, you can take railway tickets and get them the amount in full. For those who would still take advantage of reduced train and provided a refund for the cancelled part of the way.
For compensation, the passenger should contact the railway ticket office at the station of departure or arrival, to obtain a special stamp on the ticket form, and then write a statement to the passenger service of the railroad. Refund for train ticket will be made by money order.
The cancellation of trains to the Crimea also referred to cargo flights: from 26 December 2014 entered into force the Convention on the prohibition of carriage of any cargo by rail between mainland Ukraine and the Crimea.
In addition, 26 Dec 2014 Ukrtransinspektsiya has suspended bus service between Crimea and Ukraine mainland. The sale of tickets and the implementation of bus is completely stopped. At the moment, the entrance to the Crimea is only allowed in private cars.

Crimean railway has announced the appointment two trains from the Crimea, which, according to the leadership of the HDC will have to compensate for lost rail service in the Crimea and Ukraine. The new trains will run on routes Simferopol — Dzhankoy — Simferopol and Dzhankoy — Armenian — a month.
It is also reported that bought the territory of the Crimean Peninsula railway tickets can be returned to the ticket offices of Russia and CIS countries. The return of such tickets in Ukraine is possible only complaint procedure.
