Wizz Air Ukraine is closed
Wizz air Ukraine, a subsidiary of Wizz Air Holdings Plc, will terminate its activity in Ukraine from 20 April 2015.
According to the airline Wizar such measures, the company was forced to undertake in connection with the difficult situation in Eastern Ukraine and instability and the devaluation of the hryvnia.
According to official information provided by Wizz Air Holdings Plc, after 19 April, 2015 from all flights performed today Visar Ukraine, there will be only 8, however, only the flight to Kiev — Budapest — Kiev will remain unchanged, and all other passengers will have to re-register for Wizz air Hungary.

To rebook tickets on Wizz Air Hungary passengers will be able at cost (programme “Guarantee the cost of the ticket Wizz Air”). In case of refund of tickets for cancelled aircraft passengers will be paid the full value of the tickets.

The airline also reports that from June 4, 2015 in Kiev will be opened on base of Wizz Air Hungary, based on which one will be the Airbus A320 airliner. The second plane peredoziruet to Slovakia, to a new base in Kosice. In the future it will carry out flights from Slovakia to Sheffield Doncaster and Milan Bergamo (after July 2015).
