Wizz Air: Hamburg is lübeck

Wizz

Hungarian-Polish low-cost airline Wizz Air announces the planned April 2016 closure of the flight Kyiv-Lubeck-Kyiv. Instead, it will open a new air route — from Kiev to Hamburg.

Wizz Air planes will carry out flights to Kiev — Hamburg — Kiev April 18 this year.

This decision, according to the air carrier, dictated by financial issues, which arose between the International airport of lübeck and the airline. Wizz Air is confident that passengers such castling is favorable, as the distance from Lubeck to Hamburg city centre is about 70 kilometres, while the road from the International airport of Hamburg is much shorter — just 10 kilometers.

In addition to flight from Kiev to Lubeck flights Wizz Air from Skopje and Gdansk — in April both flights will also be relocated to the airport of Hamburg.
