A new resolution of the U.S. Congress will allow passengers to receive baggage fee back in full if Luggage is delayed.

Previously, passengers could receive a refund of the baggage fee only in the event of total loss of baggage by the airline, but now airlines are required to do a full refund for the baggage delay on domestic flights more than 12 hours, and international — more than 15 hours. Innovation concerns all flights of American airlines.

In addition, new regulations for U.S. airlines also require children under the age of 13 years in the neighbouring seats with accompanying adults. This requirement is mandatory even for those airlines, a policy which involves the paid seats in the cabin.
