Simferopol took flight from Istanbul
Simferopol airport for the first time after the annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation adopted on 19 July, 2014 an international flight from Turkey.
The plane Chechen airline Grozny-Avia made a flight from Simferopol to Istanbul and back.
In order to get permission for this flight, the Russian airlines have had to develop a special route, which some media have already called a trivial trick.
Making claimed the flight Simferopol-Istanbul, the Board departed from the Crimean airport in Anapa, which made a brief stopover for reporting, and then went to the Turkish airport as the flight Anapa-Istanbul. On the way back the crew of the Russian aircraft acted the same pattern: officially, the Board flew from Istanbul airport to Anapa airport, but the controllers in the specified destination landing was not – the aircraft down, made a circle over the Anapa airport, then went to the Crimea as early as the flight Anapa-Simferopol.
This flight airline Grozny-Avia on the electronic scoreboard airport in Russia and Turkey were listed as two separate flight – Simferopol-Anapa Anapa-Istanbul. In the Crimea he was announced as a direct flight Simferopol-Istanbul with a technical stop in Anapa.
The Russian airline has been forced to make such maneuvers, since both Ukraine and Turkey are included in the coverage of the Eurocontrol and, according to the decision of the organization, the Istanbul airport is not approved would the flight plan, which provides flights between the Crimea and Turkey.
The possibility of committing such dual flights in the future remains unclear, as this issue depends on the official position of Ukraine on this issue. But at the moment of any reaction to such an extraordinary decision of the Russian Federation the Ukrainian side has not followed.
