The longest flight in the world opened Emirates

The

Emirates, one of the largest airlines in the world, opened a record long flight — a plane belonging to the airline, fulfilled the trip from Dubai (UAE) Auckland (New Zealand).

The length of the new route, the first flight which was made on 1 March 2016, is 14193 kilometres (13805 miles) total journey time-17 hours 15 minutes. Flights in this direction are made by the Airliners, the Airbus A380.

Previously, the longest flight in the world was carried out by Australian airline Qantas on the route Sydney-Dallas (from Australia to USA, Texas), duration 13805 miles and a duration of 17 hours.

It is possible that a record flight Emirates long to hold the palm — it is known that Qantas is negotiating about opening a new non-stop flight to the British capital. There is also information about the possible resumption of previously cancelled direct flights between Singapore and new York, which provided the aircraft from Singapore Airlines — in 2013 this flight, the duration of which was about 19 hours, was closed.
