medallions of lobster in the sauce and ravioli garnished with grilled vegetables

fresh fruits, orange, mango, berries with orange sauce
ice cream with hazelnut praline

Winter baking:

cardamom stars, Florentine cookies, Scottish shortbread and butter cookies, traditional Spitzbuben cookies with jam
