Reconstruction at the airport of Vilnius

The largest airport in Lithuania, the international airport of Vilnius, is closed for reconstruction. Restorative and repair work on the runway will be carried out within 35 days — from July 14 to August 17. It is expected that Vilnius International Airport will be open on August 18, 2017.

For the duration of the reconstruction, 14 of the 16 flights that Vilnius Airport accepted would be made to the international airport of Kaunas, the second in the country by the number of passenger flights accepted.
