Direct flights from Kiev to Guangzhou from UIA

UIA plans to open a flight program from Kiev to Guangzhou — the airline has already applied for the rights to these routes to the State Aviation Service. The document says three flights a week in both directions.

The opening of a new flight to Guangzhou is considered by the airline as an alternative to the flight program from Kiev to Shanghai — a protracted discussion on the provision of UIA slots at the Shanghai international airport prompted the air carrier's management to look for additional routes between Ukraine and China. If UIA will stop its choice at the international airport of Guangzhou Baiyun, the planes on the direct long-haul route will start flying in 2018.

Also in 2018, UIA plans to open direct flights to Toronto and Delhi.
