The new rules of tickets return Wizz Air

Airline Wizz Air has changed the rules of tickets return — now passengers have paid for the service Wizz Flex can return the ticket and get back its value.

Under the new rules cancellations must be made no later than three hours prior to departure, and refund the ticket (less the cost of the service Wizz Flex) on a personal account of the passenger. To use the received means passengers can purchase tickets of other companies within 90 days from the date of return.

Also Wizz Flex allows passengers to change the date and time of departure unlimited number of times without paying additional fees. In addition, the regulations stated that any changes to the tickets, including the refund apply to all passengers in the booking.

The cost of service Wizz Flex is €15 (previously €10) for each flight of each passenger in the booking.
