MAU doubles baggage fees on flights to Israel

The size of the Luggage collection on UIA flights «hand Luggage only»from Ukraine to Israel increased twice since may 15, 2016.

Previously, the freight charge was $15 for one Luggage upon ordering and payment no later than the day before departure, and $30 in the case of a payment in less than 24 hours. Now the baggage fee is $30 for pre-payment and $60 if paid in less than 24 hours before departure of the aircraft.

Innovation will also apply to those passengers who booked tickets for these flights before the specified date.

Changes related to the fact that flights to tel Aviv, which had previously belonged to zone 2, were transported by carrier in a separate zone 2A, which practically equalized the rates for this service in UIA and airline El Al. Size Luggage fee on those flights, the Israeli airline is $35 for transportation of a suitcase in each direction.
