UIA cancels aircraft Ivano-Frankivsk — Gdansk

September 27, UIA cancels flights to Gdansk from Ivano-Frankivsk in connection with the low demand for passenger flights in this direction.

It is also reported that the issue of resumption of flights on the route Ivano-Frankivsk — Gdansk-Ivano — Frankivsk not yet considered. According to the airline, this decision was also influenced by the fact of opening a flight to Gdansk with the airline-loukoster — 2 August 2016 Wizz Air started flight program from Kiev.

Now passengers who bought tickets Ivano-Frankivsk-Gdansk on cancelled flights will be offered alternative travel options from Warsaw international airport (Chopin).

We will remind, MAU began to operate flights between the Polish Gdansk and the Ukrainian Ivano-Frankivsk, on 25 June 2016. Flights were performed twice a week in both directions.
