Lufthansa: the press in economy class will not be

Lufthansa:

German airline Lufthansa reports that since the 21 January this year, passengers of economy class will no longer be issued by the printing press. For those who still wants during the flight to read Newspapers or magazines will be offered access to their online versions.

To access the free electronic logbooks on Board the aircraft of Lufthansa, the passenger need in the relevant section of the airlines website to apply (option will be opened for three days prior to departure). To order online version of the press you must enter your surname and booking reference, electronic versions of selected publications are downloaded to the mobile device of the passenger. Just every traveler will be available for free download two units of any Newspapers or magazines.

It is expected that in March 2016 the number of available passengers of different classes online versions of news publications will be differentiated. Also, passengers will be able to purchase additional versions of printed publications in electronic format on request.

In first and business classes of airplanes Lufthansa, in business Lounges and at the airports of Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart, Munich, Dusseldorf and Frankfurt remain passengers will be able to press in printed form.
