Best airports in the world 2016

Best

Skytrax, the well-known consulting company from UK, has announced the results of the annual Skytrax World Airline Award, which determines the best airports in the world. It is a kind of “air-Oscar”, the possession of which is proof of the success of the air Harbor.

The assessment is based on a number of criteria, including rating by passengers of the quality of service, cleanliness of terminals, speed of baggage claim, efficiency of work of the staff passport control, the presence of cafes, restaurants, shops, Internet access and so on. The monitoring is carried out in different ways — with the help of sample surveys of passengers, the independent online voting on the website of the research company, phone surveys, etc.

In 2016, the ranking of world airports for the fourth time was headed by Changi international airport (Singapore), second place was the Harbor of Incheon (South Korea), the third — Munich airport (Germany).
