Changes in the allowance

Two airlines-Emirates Airline and S7 Airlines announced about the changes in baggage allowance for its passengers.

From 15 November 2014 to aircraft Emirates Airline introduces new requirements for the baggage: the size of bags and suitcases that are wheeling with a passenger, now should not exceed 300 cubic cm the Rules regarding the weight of the bags remain unchanged. In some cases, on request, may be permitted a baggage allowance up to a volume of 400 CC.

Changes in existing regulations relating to baggage allowance, according to the Russian airline S7 Airlines (Siberia).

Norm of free baggage allowance of S7 Airlines will now provide carry only one bag or suitcase, the weight of which should not exceed 23 kg.

The new rule of free baggage will apply to passengers economy class of the company and will enter into force on October 26, 2014 – beginning of winter navigation flights. For passengers of business class flights S7 Airlines will be allowed two pieces of Luggage weighing 32 kg each.
