Alcohol in UK airports will limit
The UK authorities consider the introduction of additional restrictions on the sale of alcohol at airports to deal with the frequent drunken brawls among passengers.
According to official statistics for the period from 2014 to 2016 in airports England was arrested about 450 passengers «tipsy» for the fights, the scandals and failures of the flight, and more recently, moreover, such incidents have increased significantly. For example, only this year one of the passengers, having touched alcohol, has hit the face of the pilot of the airline EasyJet.
As explained by Lord Ahmed, the new Minister of aviation in the UK, a complete ban on the sale of alcohol will not be introduced. Also will not review the rules and schedule of the bars in airports, but some restrictions are still necessary, and now the British government will find a compromise that will ensure the safety of passengers, without limiting their rights and freedoms.
