Air Moldova plane Odessa — Kishinev

The national airline of Moldova, Air Moldova opened a new flight from Odessa to Chisinau, which was the shortest regular air route in Ukraine. The first flight in this direction was made on 26 October 2015.

The distance that covers the plane on the way from Chisinau to Odessa, is only 180 kilometers, and the total duration of the journey — no more than 30 minutes. The price of tickets from Odessa to Chisinau and back to Odessa is about 3100 UAH, including airport charges and taxes.

As reports a press-service of the Odessa International airport, a new flight to Moldova from Ukraine is served by passenger aircraft Embraer 190, designed for 114 passengers, but in the future, if the demand for air travel in this direction will increase, airlines will be put to the route a larger aircraft-the Airbus A320 with capacity of 180 seats.

According to the airline, first flight would be convenient for passengers flying to Moscow from Ukraine, since it provides convenient connections with the aircraft heading from Chisinau to the Russian capital. The waiting time at the airport of Chisinau will not exceed 1 hour and 15 minutes and tickets from Moldova to Russia for Ukrainian passengers will be entitled to special rates.
