Rome Ciampino will be closed
One of Rome's airports, Ciampino, will be closed for renovations. Work on the reconstruction and modernization of the runway will run from 14 to 29 October 2016 flight date specified will not be served.
According to Italian media, most of the passenger flights will be redirected to the international airport Leonardo da Vinci. Planes Ryanair flights from Morocco, Belgium and France, as well as flights Wizz Air will be taken in the second terminal in Fiumicino airport. As for air travel to Rome from Bordeaux, Beauvais and Charleroi, they will be canceled during the period of repairs.
