Aeroflot: return tickets for flights into Ukraine without penalties

Due to the fact that from 1 March 2015 entry to Ukraine for citizens of the Russian Federation will be permitted only by foreign passports, Aeroflot temporarily changes the rules of ticket return.

According to official information, announced the press center of the Russian carrier, the citizens of the Russian Federation, which until 19 February 2015 bought tickets for flights to Ukraine with departure date after March 1, will be able to return or exchange purchased tickets without penalty if the purchase was made at an internal passport or birth certificate.

According to the airline, each passenger applying for replacement of tickets will be given one opportunity to change the date of departure. May be replaced with date of departure within one calendar month from the original date. Bonuses and penalties will not be charged if the passenger selected the new date in initially paid for the class plane has empty seats.

In addition, Aeroflot permits also to change the date of departure return flight with preservation of the initial period of stay on the territory of Ukraine.
